Our History

The Wenatchee Apollo Club was formed in 1910 when the Rev. Stuart Hyatt assembled 14 young men to organize a group to sing for their enjoyment and to enrich community life.  That was just 18 years after the city itself was
chartered and The Wenatchee Apollo Club has performed continuously since that time except for a WWII hiatus.
We believe we are the longest performing male chorus in the Pacific Northwest and one of very
few in the nation to have that longevity.

As the Apollo club approaches its centennial it has become affiliated with the
Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center. We are looking forward to a positive
relationship as we move forward into our 100th year.

Our Purpose

To provide the opportunity for men to assemble to sing for their own enjoyment.
To provide men the opportunity to develop their vocal skills so that they may perform for the public.
To provide Wenatchee and its neighbors with a men's choral group that will act as an ambassador of good  will.
